Scripture:
“And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” — Luke 11:9 (ESV)
Reflection:
Sometimes, I feel like my prayers are bouncing off the ceiling. I wonder if God is listening or if my words are evaporating into the air. But Jesus encourages me to keep asking, seeking, and knocking. Persistent prayer isn’t about wearing God down but aligning my heart with His will. In persistence, I grow in faith and trust in His timing.
Action Step:
Today, I will choose one prayer request for which I have been waiting for an answer and commit to persistently praying for it each day this week. I’ll trust that God hears me and will answer perfectly.
It begins with Christ!
