There is a great blessing that comes with giving your will to God and that there is nothing that will hinder his grace and mercy in your life. To know that He is actively involved in the growth of your spiritual life, molding you for the purpose of which designed.
No doubt there are a great many people who love the church that they attend. The people, pastor, location, services, style, and programs are often the determining factor for their love. It is understandable that people want to find a church that is a fit for personal needs.
The church is facing some overwhelming challenges. At the same time, the church often finds itself in the weeds. Dealing with things that will not matter in light of eternity.

It brought back to remembrance part of the scripture that I had spoken from earlier in the day. Paul taught the Philippians about how to have joy during the troubles and difficulties of life.
Jesus called us to be witnesses and gave us a message to deliver to the world around us faithfully. What is our primary message as believers? What is our responsibility for witnessing what God has done in our own lives?
It is always during uncertain times that the foundations of the church are tested to see whether or not they stand. These foundations are often determined by what we believe, what we do, and how we respond to a world around us. it is important for the church to biblically evaluate the health of the church in order for it to be effective and in alignment with God‘s will in fulfilling it’s mission.
